Download our app to book, manage and check in for your trips. Plus, you can easily access your boarding passes, get live flight updates, and see our in-flight menu and shopping options.

2. Create your Boarding Pass on the app
Simply log in to our app or retrieve your booking by entering the booking reference found in your confirmation email.
Plus, your boarding pass will be automatically saved and accessible offline.

3. What if you have bags?
Here are your two options for what to do with your bags after you’ve checked in online and received your boarding pass.
- If you are travelling with just your included 10kg carry-on bag (7kg regional flights operated by Emerald Airlines) you can go straight to security.
- If you need to check bags, use a self service Express Bag Drop Kiosk to drop them off and avoid queues. Alternatively, you can go to a check-in desk, but be mindful of the waiting times.

When does check in open?
You can check in:
- Transatlantic flights: 24 hours before your scheduled departure time.
- Flights within Europe: 15 days for advanced check or 48 hours without.
When check-in for your flight opens, you will receive a notification to check in on the app.

- Donegal and Faro airports do not currently accept mobile boarding passes.
