Get Ready for Boarding

Everything you need to know about boarding your flight.

Flights within Europe

Flights start boarding approximately 30–40 minutes before departure.

Customers will board in the following sequence:

 

Group

Eligibility

Pre-boarding

Customers with special assistance requirements will be invited to pre-board the aircraft.

Priority boarding – Group 1

AerClub Silver, Platinum and Concierge members (including partner airline equivalent loyalty program members)

AerSpace customers

Connecting Business Class customers

General boarding – Group 2

Customers with a 10kg carry-on bag entitlement (your boarding pass will indicate ‘Carry-on bag’)

General boarding – Group 3

All remaining customers

 

Please ensure you arrive at your boarding gate no later than the time stated on your boarding pass.

Transatlantic Flights

Flights start boarding approximately 40–50 minutes before departure.

Customers will board in the following sequence:

Business Class customers

General boarding – Group 2

AerClub Silver, Platinum and Concierge members (including partner airline equivalent loyalty program members)

Economy Class customers, rear rows

General boarding – Group 4

All remaining customers
