Booking Group Travel from Europe

If you need to book a group for travel within Europe, you’ll find out everything you need to know right here.

Groups of between 7 and 25 people can be booked online. To make things easier for you, the passengers’ names don’t have to be confirmed until ten days before your departure. This means you can book early to make sure you get the lowest fares, and then fill in the details later using our Manage Trip facility.

Terms and Conditions

  • Group bookings consist of seven or more adults. For your convenience, we don’t require all passenger names travelling in your group at the time of booking. Names must be added ten days prior to the departure date of your outbound flight.
  • All passenger names may be added through our Manage Trip facility.
  • Unfortunately no child discounts apply for group bookings. If you want to book children in your group, they need to be booked as adults.
  • To add infants to your group, please contact our groups department.
  • Group bookings can be made online for Aer Lingus flights only, including connections between Aer Lingus flights.
  • The deadline for making group bookings will be ten days before departure of the origin flight.
  • The group booking fare will be the lowest fare available for the total number of passengers in the booking.
  • Payment for the group booking must be made, in total, at the time of your booking.
  • We can cancel the reservation if all names aren’t received prior to the notified due date. All monies paid are non-refundable.
  • We accept most major payment cards for group bookings, with the exception of ELV. Please note that there can only be one payment transaction per group booking.

  • All passenger names may be added through our Manage Trip facility.
  • We'll send a reminder email to the address provided at time of original booking requesting the addition of all names.
  • If all passenger names in the group aren't confirmed and added to the booking by the due date, we may cancel the reservation without notice. No fare refund will be given.
  • If you want to reduce the number in your group prior to travel, you can do this when adding all names. We're sorry, but no refund is given on your original payment total.
  • You can choose your seats online after all names have been confirmed and added to the booking. Our standard seat fees apply. Use our Manage Trip facility to do this.
  • You can add checked bags, sports baggage and excess weight to the booking after all names have been confirmed and added to the booking. Our standard bag fees/restrictions apply. Use our Manage Trip facility to do this.
  • All changes to group bookings made through aerlingus.com must be made by contacting our reservations department. Group bookings made through the Groups department should contact our Groups department. Date changes are permitted up to four weeks pre-departure on payment of change fees plus any applicable fare difference.
  • Name changes made after all names have been confirmed will be subject to the standard name change fee. Name changes aren’t permitted online.
  • If you want to reduce the number in your party prior to travel, you can do this when adding all names to your booking. No refund is given on your original payment total.
  • You can request a cash refund for a flight or fee using our Cash Refund Request Form. Please note once you submit this form any request for a flight refund means your flight booking will be cancelled.
  • Before you request a refund, please review our cancellation and refund policy in relation to your booking.
  • Group bookings made through our Groups department cannot apply for a refund or voucher through our online forms.

Booking Group Travel from North America

Groups of between 7 and 25 people can be booked online. You don’t even have to have all your names confirmed to make your booking; the lead passenger’s name is enough. This makes life so much easier as it allows you to book early and make sure you get the lowest fares! Names can be added up to ten days prior to your outbound departure date using our Manage Trip facility.

This flexible purchase option allows you to book a group of six or more on Aer Lingus flights only, but you can book a group of ten or more on partner airline connecting flights. Flexible advance payment and name provision options can also be chosen (higher fare levels may apply) and multiple payment options are available to you.
