Enjoy access to our Aer Lingus lounges in Ireland, London Heathrow and New York (JFK) as well as applicable lounges on our direct routes to/from the USA, excluding the lounges at Chicago and San Francisco. Silver members can also access lounges in European airports where available. AerClub Silver Members simply need to present their digital membership along with their Aer Lingus boarding card to access Aer Lingus and participating partner lounges. Your digital membership will be available on your AerClub profile which you can access on aerlingus.com or on the Aer Lingus app. Lounge access is subject to availability.

As a tiered AerClub member, you can avail of a complimentary 10kg carry-on bag (7kg for Aer Lingus Regional flights). This means you can carry your bag on board and store it in the overhead locker free of charge. This benefit applies to the member only and not travelling companions. You can also take a small personal item on board with you (a handbag or laptop bag).

You can apply to pause your AerClub status if you are planning to take maternity, adoption leave or if you have a serious illness. To extend the validity of your tier for an additional period, all you need to do is send your documentation to us at aerclubassist@aerlingus.com. This documentation includes a letter from your doctor, a birth certificate or documentation relating to the birth/adoption within 6 months of the birth/adoption of the baby. Where a couple adopt jointly, the couple must choose which partner takes adoption leave. For serious illness you need a certified letter from your doctor that you are unable to fly for a minimum of 16 weeks. Once we have verified your documents, we will send you an email confirming the renewal of your status.

Subject to availability and presentation of your AerClub digital membership card, you and your companion can access this lounge. Your digital membership will be available on your AerClub profile which you can access on aerlingus.com or on the Aer Lingus app.

As of November 17^th 2024, you can now add one checked 20kg bag (UK/Europe routes) or one 23kg bag (USA/Barbados/Canada routes) when traveling economy class with Aer Lingus free of charge. This benefit applies to the member only and not travelling companions. This benefit cannot be added to a Saver Fare. To add this benefit free of charge to your booking please call our dedicated Platinum line in advance of travel. Travel before the effective date is not applicable.

First book your Aer Lingus ticketed and operated economy flight and then request your Platinum upgrade by emailing aerclubupgrade@aerlingus.com with your flight details. Upgrades are subject to AerClub allocation availability. The upgrade is valid until your Platinum Tier expiry date. Please note confirmed upgrades are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

As a Platinum Member, your request for a Business Class upgrade will be given priority when you are on a waiting list.

Enjoy four one way complimentary upgrades to business class on a transatlantic flight. First book your Aer Lingus ticketed and operated economy flights. Then request your upgrade by emailing your flight details to the Concierge help desk. Upgrades are subject to AerClub allocation availability. The upgrades are valid until your Concierge Tier expiry date. Please note confirmed upgrades are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Platinum upgrade coupons expire when the Platinum tier expires. Once the Concierge Tier is achieved the account is credited with 4 complimentary upgrade coupons to be used in advance of the Concierge tier expiry date.

Concierge contact details can be found on the “Welcome to Concierge” email you will have received to the email address associated with your AerClub account.

Receive one return companion ticket to bring a companion with you on your journey. First book your Aer Lingus ticketed and operated flights. Then request your companion ticket by emailing your flight details or calling the Concierge help desk. Subject to availability, the companion ticket will be issued in the same cabin class as the cabin paid for by the Concierge member. For example, if the Concierge member buys a business ticket, the companion will be booked in business. This is a discounted fare so taxes, fees and charges apply and cannot be used in conjunction with other AerClub benefits, e.g. complimentary upgrades. The companion ticket is valid until your Concierge tier expiry date.

If a flight is fully booked we will guarantee you a confirmed reservation on the flight. This benefit applies on a full fare Economy Class and must be requested a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Please note a maximum of two Concierge Members can avail of this benefit on any particular flight. Please call your dedicated Concierge phone line.

With up to 400MB of complimentary Wi-Fi you can catch up on work, keep in touch with friends and family or simply browse your favourite sites, all from the comfort of your seat. Subject to availability.

• Please note that this benefit covers flight change fees only and name change fees or any fare difference must be paid. This benefit applies to the Concierge member only. The change fee waivers can only be processed by contacting our dedicated Concierge Team using the phone number which can be found when logged into your AerClub account and clicking on the "View Card" button. This benefit is not available online.
• This benefit can only be applied to direct Aer Lingus bookings only. Third party or tour operator bookings are not eligible. Please contact your travel agency for further details on their terms and conditions regarding changes and cancellations.

Nominate a Green tier companion to receive Silver AerClub Membership which is valid until your tier expiry date. If you move up to Concierge before before 31 March, you'll enjoy one complimentary Silver Membership to be used in advance of your Concierge tier expiry date. Simply nominate the Green tier Member you would like to receive this benefit.

As a Concierge Member you can request to travel earlier than scheduled on the same route and date of the original booking within 24 hours of date of travel free of charge subject to availability. To avail of this benefit please contact the Concierge help desk or Aer Lingus ticket desk to enquire if space is available. We are unable to facilitate this request at our boarding gates or lounges.
